The shift from one-off capital goods (CapEx) to recurring outgoing streams (OpEx) provides greater flexibility for cash flow and firms can implement the service in the immediate future. The rental agreement is based on a fixed outgoings rate to enable predictability of monthly forecasting.
The long-term rental service agreement covers end-to-end management of your home office package including Australia-wide delivery, at home installation, post occupancy support, redeployment, repairs, and upgrades.
